Women in Zambia must leave their husbands who are not willing to change their attitude in face of the AIDS pandemic. Most such women depend on their husbands for their subsistance. A "ZAMBIAN WOMEN'S RESPONSE TO CURTAIL THE AIDS PANDEMIC SHELTER" must be established so that those women wishing to live long enough to look after their children must be protected. Could someone out there take more concrete action. Please.

It will take a long time before we see changes in our African society because of the entrenched traditional ways of our people which even the so called educated elite find difficult to shake off because of the fear of being labelled a cultural rebel and wayward person. Most women do not stay on for economic reasons. There is also the fear of being cast out of a community which in most cases is the only source of emotional support for the woman and her children.

  4. Please help me! The one who raped me is not punished yet!

My name is Iris. I’m a Chinese girl studying in US. But the rape crime happened on me in 2007 and 2008 would make me rather to die. So I’m here asking for help!

I was sexual assaulted and raped in US by two Canadians, who plotted to do that! They once were the sister and brother I trusted very much in a religious group. But I could not imagine they treated me like that!

Here is my story: I went to US for my master degree. I had a roommate named Helen in 2007, who liked to write obscene articles and had many boyfriends. When Helen knew I was still a virgin, she could not stop her jealousy and hatred to me. So Helen created chances for her intimate boyfriend Charles to rape me.

One night in 2008, Helen deliberately drove me to meet Charles, and she watched Charles beastly raping me in front of her! Later, Helen threatened me that if I reported the case to police, she could prove to the judge that it was me who seduced Charles to have sex with him! Later, Helen threatened me that she learned 16 years of black witchcraft and she kept cursing me all the time. I was very scared, deeply hurt, and too shame to tell the whole truth or report these to police.

I had to suspend my study and escaped back to China. But, how could I possibly tell my parents the truth that I had been raped, since my family was a very conservative Chinese family which regarded a woman’s chastity as the highest value… I cried every night. I felt ashamed and scared. Everyday I was living in the Hell!

Later, I got the courage to go back to US and reported the case to the police in August, 2008. But when they knew I went back to US, in order to stop me from disclosing the truth, Helen and Charles sued me first in the Toronto court with false and absurd accusation! They pointed white to the black! They were cheating the judge, cheating the police and cheating the law! They made up the fake exhibits, they lied to everyone, and they even defamed the people who was helping me and supporting me!

I don’t know much about the law of US and Canada. I don't know where I can ask for help. I ask the God, where is the justice?

Now I am asking for the help from anyone who reads this article! Please help me! I need legal assistance, but I do not have money to hire a lawyer, and I even do not have money to live!

I reported my case to the Police Department, but they are still pending my case and nothing is coming out!

I beg the judge and the law system to give the justice back to me! The evil people deserve punishment! I beg the people from different fields of the society to help me! My contact e-mail is sraysray2007@gmail.com. Thank you!

This is quite a site. The equality of females can be proven directly in the garden. The key is to first discern what God did, and the differences God himself made between the man and the female. She began with the name of "Woman" as deceitfully given by a jealous Adam and ended with the name of "Eve" meaning life-giver. God also compelled an arrogant Adam to call her by an earned title which was "mother of all the living" (this was a spiritual and not physical title which an unconfesssed Adam did not respectively earn but a rightely confessed Eve did). The confession proved critical in the garden, God gave honor to the confession of Eve in 3:13 but had no respect for the disingenuous confession of an arrogant Adam in 3:12. And yes, it can be proven that in concert with a selfish Adam the serpent was able to "beguile" the female. She spoke truth which is why God accepted it. It gets much deeper. What God gave me in this word still blows me away, especially given all that a male-dominated church has put me through. Too much to go into here, but visit my blog at http://gettherealskinnyoneve.blogspot.com/. You will find what you need to change the entire conversation. I would personally like to get back to church but am unable to do so until this word is properly taught and preached. I have two daughters and I won't have them go through it.

I wanted to notify you all about these schools.
These schools are ran and regulated by racist and sexist men from Turkey. In everyone of these schools only men hold key positions in administration. They have also from what I have found concield sexual harassment from a parent. In another belittled and harassed another for her religious beliefs. When a new school is built they promote and transfer another man from a different school fulfill these positions. They never advertise to hire any americans for these jobs and especially will not have women in these positions. As far as a school goes what are they teaching our girls? To be submissive? I understand that this may be due to their religious belief but religion (islam) has nothing to do with education and business. Please look into this. I can give you list of schools to start with. This has gone on long enough and I feel is greatly disrespecting to our culture. I think you need to rally against this before it is too late.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INVESTAGATE THIS LADIES!! We need to rally against these schools. THey are racist and sexist. Unfair business practices and bully parents with threats. They may not be teaching islam to students but they do openly practice by deeds and actions. If your child is in one of these school withdraw them ASAP.
We need action. When a chold reports sexual harrasment they hid it from the parent and then threatened the parent with a lawsuit when the princapal failed to give resulution. This cannot be tolorated!! This was Sonoran Scince in Arizona. Other schools have done similar. I have found.

Women's rights should start with each woman being able to strive and stand for what they believe. However, from my experience, there are more constraints at home than out there. The more we behave the way we are expected by everybody else, which is almost always, especally with our own partners, married or not, the more we become susceptible to infringement of our rights starting from our own husbands. This makes it even harder as few women would be ready to risk ridicule when they claim their rights. Once this hurdle is overcome, the constraints in form of structure can be overcome. After all, the first female doctor posed as a man during all her practice. How many female doctors do we have now? The hardest nut to crack is the self thought process, belief, conduct, determination, motivation to name a few. How many of us are taking a personal step towards our own rights? How many believe it can work? How many can conduct themselves as though they have rights? How many are determined to stand for our rights and stay determined even when cicumstances change? Now that done, the ripple effect from it would be amazing, more so than advocating for our rights. I am doing my bit, Are you?....God luck.

In ancient India, women occupied a very important position, in fact a superior position to, men. It is a culture whose only words for strength and power are feminine -"Shakti'' means "power'' and "strength.'' All male power comes from the feminine. Literary evidence suggests that kings and towns were destroyed because a single woman was wronged by the state. For example, Valmiki's Ramayana teaches us that Ravana and his entire clan was wiped out because he abducted Sita. Veda Vyasa's Mahabharatha teaches us that all the Kauravas were killed because they humiliated Draupadi in public. Elango Adigal's Sillapathigaram teaches us Madurai, the capital of the Pandyas was burnt because Pandyan Nedunchezhiyan mistakenly killed her husband on theft charges.

In Vedic times women and men were equal as far as education and religion was concerned. Women participated in the public sacrifices alongside men. One text mentions a female rishi Visvara. Some Vedic hymns, are attributed to women such as Apala, the daughter of Atri, Ghosa, the daughter of Kaksivant or Indrani, the wife of Indra. Apparently in early Vedic times women also received the sacred thread and could study the Vedas. The Haritasmrti mentions a class of women called brahmavadinis who remained unmarried and spent their lives in study and ritual. Panini's distinction between arcarya (a lady teacher) and acaryani (a teacher's wife), and upadhyaya (a woman preceptor) and upadhyayani ( a preceptor's wife) indicates that women at that time could not only be students but also teachers of sacred lore. He mentions the names of several noteworthy women scholars of the past such as Kathi, Kalapi, and Bahvici. The Upanishads refer to several women philosophers, who disputed with their male colleagues such as Vacaknavi, who challenged Yajnavalkya. The Rig Veda also refers to women engaged in warfare. One queen Bispala is mentioned, and even as late a witness as Megasthenes (fifth century B.C. E.) mentions heavily armed women guards protecting Chandragupta's palace.

Louis Jaccoliot, the celebrated French author of the Bible in India: Hindoo Origin of Hebrew and Christian Revelation said: "India of the Vedas entertained a respect for women amounting to worship; a fact which we seem little to suspect in Europe when we accuse the extreme East of having denied the dignity of woman, and of having only made her an instrument of pleasure and of passive obedience." He also said: "What! here is a civilization, which you cannot deny to be older than your own, which places the woman on a level with the man and gives her an equal place in the family and in society."

The Earth was not created by God to be partitioned into artificial geographic regions, over which men will then foolishly war with one another. Rather, she is a living being, a mother, a woman, a Goddess, whom we are to love, respect and nurture - as she so patiently nurtures us. In the Hindu tradition, Mother Earth even has a name: Bhu-devi.

The female aspect of the Creator has been excluded by a world that has focused exclusively on the male dominated religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Such respect for the feminine has not been as readily visible in the history of the Western world, unfortunately.

  19. Look here’s the deal these 2 clowns have a radio show called westlake and the pig. http://www.westlakeandthepig.com/ This thing is nothing but vile and disgusting. This guy who calls himself pig does all these disgusting skits about turning woman’s vaginas into shoes. It’s not bad enough hes so disgusting he talks like that, he wants to show complete disrespect to women by putting them on his feet. The whole time this westlake clown sits there n laughs and "pretends" to distant himself from these vile jokes "oh dont include me in this" but he sits there and laughs. I mean really who does he think he’s fooling? HE SITS THERE AND LAUGHS. Then to make is worse this westlake is in a band called hydrogyn his wife is the singer(who is hot as hell and has a great voice i might ad) but he dresses her up in all these sleazy "rock" outfits before they go onstage. Seriously I feel so bad for this poor woman! I don’t call this music but look at what she’s dressed in, how can he do that to her?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LW9bmzjcvQ

Now I get in their forums and I politely proceed to tell them that their stuff is vile. I offered Jeff(hydrogyn guitarist) some polite advise about the outfits he’s making his wife wear and that he needs to show that beautiful woman some respect. What do i get first I get attacked by pig, then Jeff then some others on their forums. To top that off there last radio show they did some vile skit claiming it was me(it wasn’t) and making me look like some whining mommas boy. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Then Jeff Westiiielake thinks he’s special because he just hired Jeff Young(ex megadeth) to play in his band. But I don’t care, I’m not going to take this. I don’t deserve this!
I’m reaching out to you here because I am starting a boycott, people like these ruin the moral fabric of our society and im not going to stand for it. If you like me believe in morals email me at boycottwandp@aol.com and together we are going to let them know we will not let them demoralize not only our society but our woman as well.Im going to forward everyone of you emails onto them and someday with enough pressure they’ll know thewy cant do this to good honest people!!!! To anyone concerned about the schools above: I am a 17 year old girl and I attend one of these schools (Dove Science Academy, OKC). Obviously the poster is racist towards the Turks and ingnorant as to what really goes on at these schools. I started attending my school when I was 11, and have never had a problem. Our test scores are #1 in the State of Oklahoma, and I don't think I would have gotten as good of an education anywhere else. Our girl to boy student ratio is about 65:35, and we have never had a problems when it has come to sexism. Recently a lot of women and American men have been in high positions (I admit it wasn't like this when the school was first formed), but our vice-principal is American and several of the chairmen (or is it chairwomen??) are female. Most of the actual teachers are American women.
As a note, The Turkish teachers are Islamic, however the only signs of their faith are their head scarf and the fact that they are usually gone on their holy days. Its nothing different from Christians wearing crosses around their necks, though our religious days fall during the holidays... Oh, and they also invite students and teachers of all kinds to their houses for dinner during their holy days. But they NEVER mention a thing about Islam or what they believe, even then. I love my school because there is so much racial acceptence. We have so many people of so many backgrounds that its hard to be racist, because then you'd be racist against everyone. I find it so hypocritical that this woman, who wants to close all of these schools because they were started by Turkish men, is calling them racist. Maybe some are, but most are not. Somebody obviously got offended by a Turk, and wants to take it out on all of these schools.

This is a call to action for all women.

I participated in a rally at the University of Washington a few months ago protesting the sexist hiring practices of Northwest companies.

It is common knowledge among students, career advisors, and recent graduates that there are certain companies (Especially Genie Industries) that generally do not hire women. They come to campus, they claim to be an equal opportunity employers, but year after year they only almost always hire men.

We are working with a student group at the law school to look for legal recourse, but need help. If you have any recourses to contribute please reach out to me at:

"And if she be a door we will inclose her with boards of cedar."

I understand a door to be a Christian woman whose soul is in the process of returning to her body while her own spirit keeps her in her ways and that the process of a Christian woman becoming whole should be a close and quite private process.

I am concerned about what seem to me to be breaches of my rights.

Christian women seem to be used as commodities while businesses and people of other religions form unacceptable marriages with them in order to capitalise on what should be the woman's own inheritance from God which she would share with one man if she marries.

Otherwise the woman should hold her own inheritance herself if God chooses that she does not marry.

I am concerned that people who strive for results and housing areas are using Christian women's inheritances or what is theirs, individually to benefit other people without Christian women receiving their rewards for their own work and often men are establishing women's work when God should be.

Whether or not you believe in Jesus, there is one fact you can’t argue with: he was a man. No religion anywhere has ever put a woman in charge of shit. That’s called dogma — man-dogma — and it means men are better than women.

Honestly, I think the true source of most of humanity's problems is not a lack of human rights, but rather, that we have given ourselves too many rights/freedoms and that we are not responsible enough. We think that we are the most important life-form on this planet, yet in reality, we are the least important. We need all of the plants and animals in nature in order to survive, and yet they would all probably be much better off without us. I also think that societies attitudes about gender equality are fundamentally misguided. Women and girls are constantly being told that being wives and mothers is a form of slavery and exploitation which has historically been imposed upon them by men, that working constantly for a large business or corporation is somehow a wonderful privilege which men have historically denied to women, and that women must force their way into the corporate world in order to prove that they are the equals of men. Nonetheless, I do not understand this outlook. There is nothing in the world which I find more beautiful and awe-inspiring than the creation of life, and it is the women who fulfill the primary role in the creating of such. The power to create life is something which has historically been seen as the mark of a deity. Therefore, when a woman gives birth to children, she is, for lack of a better word, a goddess. I understand that many women are forced to work constantly in businesses, in order to support themselves, because no one else will support them, and so are not able to devote much time or effort to their roles as the creators of life, yet I can not understand why so many women would be so eager to throw away the greatest privilege in the world, simply in order to have successful careers which are, in my view, quite mundane and worthless in comparison with the role for which nature has intended women.

It is very difficult to feel that equal rights are in place when the Government themselves are discriminating in regards to immigration laws. As a resident for 20 years now, my new husband is not allowed to apply for a resident permit, but if I was a man my wife could apply for such a permit. Instead my husband has to apply for a spouse permit and may not work at all. This bill was passed last year and if the goverment were in fact respecting us as women surely they should acknowledge us as equal to men?

Well the comment about india on male domination in Islam is false..sorry to tell but Allah's name cannot be a female because of the arabic spelling and it would be demeaning to call him "it"..He has no gender he is a being if thats what you meant..on other things..we cover our women to protect them from the sin of man and to hide them and prevent them from becoming what most american women are today...(i don't have to mention)..on other things..i'm not sure why in Arabia women can't leave their houses without a man..have not seen a thing in the religion talking about that, probably just tradition..Man's role is to protect the woman..the woman's role is to be the beloved mother of the child and beloved wife who we must always respect...I don't understand what some of these Muslims do these days with their women..but true Muslims would never do such things ever in their life due to fear of Allah. such people only sin themselves..i'm sorry this world isn't as based on women as much as it is on men..but maybe God has a greater plan for all of us..He has infinite wisdom and infinite knowledge of all things..so fear not nor grieve..the day of reckoning will be upon the transgressers soon..(coming from a man)

THE TIME IS NOT FAR WHEN THERE WILL BE CHANGE IN MENS ATTITUDE,TIME IS NEARLY THERE WHEN THE MEN WILL BE NEEDING WOMEN FOR THEIR WORK TO SUCCEED ,WHEN THEY WILL BE DEMANDING FOR THEIR TIME,SO THAT THEY CAN DEMAND THEIR WORK FOR THE BETTERMENT OF SOCIETY.

What do you mean times are changing? we will only ever need women for one thing and we let them cook and clean and raise kids out of the kindness of our own heart. Obviously you are a faggot, I guess you was raped by a man when you was younger or something, and then afterwards kept thinking about it until you became it. Same old story i suppose. Why do feel the need to interfere in real Mens business. You are better off on your knees somewhere in a bath house. Its OK for women to like gay guys, the whole thing, go shopping with them etc., but honestly, don't be confusing yourself into thinking you or they ave the right to an opinion.

I honestly don't know what to do, I felt sick reading your words, the only thing that calm me down was knowing it was just the ramblings of a man with a questionable sexual preference (that means you are a FAGGOT).

So yea, tell us what you can about your rape and we can try and help you be a MAN again.

    Peace and Love!
